La Cupa, a Salentinian agricultural cooperative, excels in the transformation of vegetables in all its forms, pickled products, and dried products. Careful selection of raw materials, all of local production and control of the production chain guarantee the authenticity of preserves, pickled products, and dried products. The Cooperative follows the production from the field to the plant, choosing seasonal products and favoring traditional processing methods such as slow sun-drying, selection, and packaging that are strictly done by hand. La Cupa offers high-quality typical products that bring the tradition, scents, and flavors of Salento to the table. With its line of organic vegetables, the Cupa demonstrates its attention to environmental protection and sustainability, focusing on the freshness of the raw material and preservation of nutritional properties.
PUGLIAN VEGETABLES
The lands cultivated by the agricultural cooperative are located in the Salentinian countryside, the land blessed by the sun.

ARTISANAL TRANSFORMATION
The vegetables are entirely handcrafted with natural methods and without preservatives.

VARIETIES
Only Italian premium ingredients: from San Marzano tomato, cherry, yellow and tombolone, to artichokes, eggplants, onions and zucchines.
