Michele Salentino boasts a rich legacy of tradition, experience, and a deep connection to the land. It all started in 1940, when the Barletta family leveraged their entrepreneurial spirit to launch an olive oil production operation. From there, Feudo San Giacomo has grown and evolved, with generations of the Barletta family expanding the production of olive oil and dried figs, which are both grown on their estate. Extra virgin olive oil and almond-stuffed figs represent the essence of the agricultural company that lives in symbiosis with the territory and has gathered the heritage of the Apulian farmer tradition. The drying of figs, typical of all of southern Italy and a tradition of farmer families, is enriched in the territory of San Michele Salentino with the addition of toasted almond that contrasts the sweetness of the fig.. The distinct flavor and authentic quality of the products come from local ingredients and a traditional production method. PUGLIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND ALMOND-STUFFED FIGS Lands and ingredients are grown and worked right within the Feudo di San Giacomo, ensuring the quality and uniqueness of the product.
